Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by TajukOpiniTools (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User," "you," or "your") expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform operator regarding your access to and use of our image processing services, including but not limited to format conversion, compression, resizing, and all other functionality provided through our web interface.

2. Description of Services

TajukOpiniTools provides server-side image processing utilities that enable Users to convert, compress, and resize digital image files across multiple formats. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the exclusive right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes the right to implement usage limits, restrict access to certain features, or terminate service provision entirely.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, process, and download the image files you submit; (b) your use of the Platform will not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws; (c) you will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of any third party.

You are expressly prohibited from using the Platform to process, store, or transmit:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Material that infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
• Images containing malware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious code;
• Content that violates the privacy rights or publicity rights of any individual;
• Images that you are not legally authorized to possess, modify, or distribute;
• Any material that could reasonably be considered child exploitation content or pornography.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to the website design, software code, algorithms, user interface elements, logos, trademarks, and service marks, are and shall remain the exclusive property of TajukOpiniTools and its licensors.

You retain all ownership rights to the image files you upload to our Platform. By submitting content to our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested services. This license terminates automatically upon completion of the processing operation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that: (a) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from using the services will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements; (c) any errors in the software will be corrected; (d) the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Image processing results may vary based on input file characteristics, format limitations, and algorithmic constraints. We make no guarantees regarding output file quality, compression ratios, color accuracy, or metadata preservation. Users are strongly advised to maintain backup copies of all original files before processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAJUKOPINITOOLS, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount of one hundred United States dollars (USD $100.00) or the equivalent in your local currency. The limitations of liability set forth herein shall apply regardless of the form of action.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TajukOpiniTools, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; (d) your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

10. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition.
