THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY TAJUKOPINITOOLS ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES.

We make no warranty that: (a) the services will meet your specific requirements or expectations; (b) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from using the services will be accurate, reliable, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose; (d) any errors in the software, algorithms, or processing methods will be corrected; (e) the quality of processed images will meet industry standards or your personal quality requirements.

2. Image Quality and Processing Limitations

Users expressly acknowledge that image processing results depend on numerous factors including but not limited to: input file quality, format specifications, compression algorithms, color space conversions, and inherent technical limitations of the source and target formats. We do not guarantee that processed images will maintain the exact visual characteristics of the original files.

Specific limitations include: (a) Transparency may not be preserved when converting to formats that do not support transparency; (b) Color profile information may be stripped or converted during processing; (c) Animation frames may be reduced to single static images; (d) Layer information in PSD files will be flattened; (e) Vector data will be rasterized.

3. Data Loss Warning

USERS ASSUME ALL RISK OF DATA LOSS WHEN USING OUR SERVICES. While we implement technical measures to ensure reliable processing, we cannot guarantee that files will not be corrupted, truncated, or otherwise damaged during upload, processing, or download operations. You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate backup copies of all original files before submitting them to our Platform.

Under no circumstances shall TajukOpiniTools be liable for: (a) loss of original image files; (b) corruption or degradation of image quality; (c) loss of metadata, EXIF data, or embedded information; (d) incompatibility of processed files with specific software, hardware, or platforms; (e) any commercial losses, lost profits, or business interruption.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

TajukOpiniTools respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. You may only use our services to process images for which you possess the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions. This includes copyright ownership, distribution rights, modification rights, and publicity rights.

You are strictly prohibited from using our Platform to process: (a) copyrighted material without authorization; (b) trademarked logos or branding without permission; (c) images containing private or confidential information without proper authorization; (d) any content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. Prohibited Uses and Content

The following uses of our services are expressly prohibited. Users engaging in these activities will be banned and may be reported to appropriate authorities:

• Processing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content;
• Uploading or processing content that promotes violence, discrimination, hatred, or illegal activities;
• Using our services to create, distribute, or store child exploitation material or pornography of any kind;
• Attempting to upload files containing malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code;
• Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems, data, or infrastructure;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our services without written permission.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by TajukOpiniTools. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

This includes changing processing algorithms, modifying supported formats, implementing usage limits, restricting access to certain features, or terminating service provision entirely.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our services. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to: scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, server failures, network outages, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. External Factors and Force Majeure

TajukOpiniTools shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, wars, terrorist activities, riots, embargoes, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Indemnification by User

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TajukOpiniTools, its operators, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses arising from: (a) your violation of any provision of this Disclaimer; (b) your violation of any third-party right; (c) any claim that your use of the services caused damage to a third party.

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
